f(x) Ladies Show off Amazing Legs as They Fly to LA for KCON 2013

On August 23, F(x) members Luna, Victoria, Amber, Sulli, and Krystal were photographed at Incheon International Airport outside of Seoul, South Korea. F(x) will be taking a flight to Los Angeles for MNET program “M COUNTDOWN What’s up LA” which will be a live show held on Sunday, August 25. 

The ladies showed off their killer legs in skinny jeans and shorts. Fans in particular noted how grown up Sulli looked with hair bobbed and dyed auburn; Sulli appeared much taller than the other members. Victoria looked pretty in a loose T-shirt with her hair flowing around her shoulders.

“M CCOUNTDOWN What’s up LA” will feature artists such as G-Dragon, EXO, 2AM, Teen Top, and F(x), and it will be the first time the music chart will visit the U.S. The show was brought to the U.S. as part of KCON 2013 which is the largest Korean pop culture convention in North America. KCON 2013 will be held from August 24-25, 2013 at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena. 

f(x)’s Sulli Says She Enjoys “19 And Over” Rated Music Too

F(x) member Sulli recently let it be known that she likes to listen to music rated “19 and over.” In other words, music containing profanity or otherwise containing material that has been deemed inappropriate for younger listeners.

On August 24, girl group f(x) made a guest appearance on KBS 2TV‘s “Entertainment Relay” for a guerrilla date special. 

On the show, Krystal was asked to name her favorite alcohol beverage. She replied, “I don’t think it quite agrees with me. But I’d like to try to increase my alcohol tolerance.”

And in turn, Sulli shared, “When I listen to ’19 and over’ music, I find it entertaining and provocative.” She added, “I just find it interesting. Even when there’s swear words being used,” causing everyone to laugh at her refreshingly honest confession.

SHINee’s Minho transformed in a good-looking doctor in the latest still cuts for the upcoming MBC drama, ‘Medical Top Team’.

In the photos, Minho donned a white doctor’s gown and showed off his charms with his doctor look. The took place at the Severance Hospital in Sinchon and this particular scene will be aired in the first episode.

Minho commented, “I excitedly finished my first filming. I feel sorry that I couldn’t show my best because of my nervousness, but I’ll continue to work hard in the future.”

In the drama, Minho will play the role of good-natured thoracic surgery specialist Kim Sung Woo, who is the youngest member of the top medical team. He will also be a guardian angel-like presence for his fellow doctor mate Choi Ah Jin who is played by actress Oh Yeon Seo.

f(x)‘s lovely maknae Sulli has smiled brightly for a recent photo, awing fans with her ever-increasing beauty.

On August 11, Sulli posted on her me2day, “It was so fun today, right? I was so happy to be with my Japanese fans. I hope we can have this kind of time again in the future… Let’s be together forever,” along with a photo.

In the photo, Sulli is brightly smiling in front of flower wreaths, doing the “flower” pose before the camera. Sulli’s signature flawless skin, cute smile and lean body drew many eyes.

f(x)’s Sulli Joins Son Ye Jin and Kim Nam Gil in Movie “Pirates”

Sulli from group f(x) joins Son Ye Jin and Kim Nam Gil for the upcoming movies “Pirates.”

According to Newsen, Sulli was the final choice for the movie after some competition with another girl group member. This marks Sulli’s return to the big screen in five years after her small role in the 2008 film “Babo.” Sulli first made her big screen debut in 2007 through “Punch Lady.” She last showed her acting chops in the 2012 drama “To the Beautiful You.”

“Pirates” has been described as the Korean version of the American “Pirates of the Caribbean” as a seafaring adventure movie set in the Joseon era and with a 10 billion won production cost. It follows the story of pirates and bandits who go after a whale that has swallowed the royal seal.

Son Ye Jin and Kim Nam Gil are also bringing their “Shark” drama chemistry to the movie, with Son Ye Jin playing the pirate and Kim Nam Gil taking the role of the bandit. The movie is set to start filming soon.

Henry to Continue Promotions with “1-4-3 (I Love You)” Featuring Amber

After impressing fans with his first solo track, “Trap,” Henry will be moving onto his next round of promotions with his self-written “1-4-3 (I Love You).”

Henry will be releasing “1-4-3 (I Love You)” has a new digital single on August 23.

“1-4-3 (I Love You)” is an electro-pop song that is produced by Henry and NoizeBank. The song is about a man with poor Korean skills confessing his feelings for a woman and the culture difference that is felt between the two.

This new digital single will be even more special since f(x)‘s Amber will be featured in it, which further raises anticipation levels among fans.

The newly packaged “1-4-3 (I Love You)” will drop on August 23 on various music portals.

Meanwhile, Henry recently released the Chinese version of the “Trap” music video, featuring SHINee‘s Taemin and Super Junior‘s Kyuhyun.

f(x)’s Victoria Opens Up About Marriage and Ideal Husband

Will another current generation idol get married anytime soon?

f(x)’s leader Victoria appeared on the latest recording of KBS’s variety show “Family’s Dignity Full House” where she opened up on her thoughts on marriage.

On this day, the MCs asked her, “Have you ever thought about marriage?” She answered, “I’m okay with marrying a Korean guy. I like announcer Jo Woo Jung’s soft and attentive style.”

Regarding the question about revealing her cellphone’s passcode to her future husband, she answered, “Wouldn’t we naturally know after we live together for some time? We should reveal our phone’s passcode with our spouse.”

This episode will air on August 16 at 8:50pm (KST).

SHINee’s Key, ZE:A’s Park Hyung Sik, and Eom Ki Joon Star in Musical “Bonnie and Clyde”

A new musical “Bonnie and Clyde” is set to heat up the scene. SHINee‘s Key, ZE:A‘s Park Hyung Sik, Eom Ki Joon, and musical actor Han Ji Sang are among the stars on center stage to alternate on the male lead role, the gangster Clyde. 

As global K-Pop stars, Key and Park Hyung Sik are expected to seduce the audience with their eye-catching appearance. Eom Ki Joon brings in his considerable acting experience not only in musical theater but also in dramas and films. This is not the first time that Key and Eom Ki Joon have worked together; the two also alternated for the lead role in the 2012 staging of the musical “Catch Me if You Can.”

“Bonnie and Clyde” also stars The Grace‘s Dana, Lisa, and Ahn Yoo Jin in the female title role of Bonnie.

The musical “Bonnie and Clyde” is about the two lovers and outlaws Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, who rose to notoriety in the Great Depression era in the United States. It was first staged in 2009 and then ran briefly in Broadway in 2011.

The Korean production of “Bonnie and Clyde” opens in Seoul on September 4 and continues until October 27.

f(x)’s Sulli Finds Her Doppelganger in Actor Ha Jung Woo?

Recently on an online community bulletin board, several photos were released under the title “Ha Jung Woo and Sulli are each other’s look-alike.”

In the released pictures are actor Ha Jung Woo and girl group f(x)’s member and actress Sulli. In the first set of photos, Sulli has short hair, messy hair, much like Ha Jung Woo next to her. In the second set, both Ha Jung Woo and Sulli have long straight hair. In both sets of pictures, both celebs look oddly similar with respect to their facial features and atmosphere.

Netizens who saw these photos commented, “I do see the resemblance,” “They look funny and cute,” “Sulli looks so adorable,” “Ha Jung Woo looks handsome,” and “The similarity is amazing.”
